为了描述钠硫电池中核心部件β"-Al2O3陶瓷管的机械性能,采用应变仪、游标卡尺及位移装置测量了陶瓷管几何参数,结合三点弯曲法得出了陶瓷管的弹性模量,利用动态热机械分析仪测试了弹性模量随温度的变化.结果表明:β"-Al2O3陶瓷管室温时的弹性模量为191 GPa,并在一定范围随温度升高呈非线性递减关系,这对钠硫电池陶瓷管机械强度优化设计具有重要意义.
In order to describe the mechanical properties of the β"-Al2O3 ceramics tube, which was the key components of sodium-sulfur battery, the geometric parameters of ceramic tubes were measured by strain ruler, vernier caliper and displacement device. The elastic modulus of the ceramic tube was obtained by using the three point bending method. DMTA (Dynamic Mechanical Thermal Analyzer) was employed to test the elastic modulus varying with the temperature. The results indicate that the elastic modulus of the β"-Al2O3 ceramics tube is 191 GPa at room temperature, and the elastic modulus and temperature meets a non-linear decreasing relationship in a certain temperature range, which provides significance to the optimization design of mechanical strength for sodium-sulfur battery ceramic tubes.
