The monitoring of ionospheric scintillations is the basic to study the scintillation phenomena and its effects. The ionospheric scintillation monitor and the network for the study of ionospheric scintillation by using GPS installed in China Research Institute of Radiowave Propagation are presented in this paper. And, some primary results are obtained.
