介绍了一种通过遗传算法参数反演获取目标样片BRDF模型参数的方法。根据样片在特定激光波长(0.86μm)下的BRDF实验数据,将遗传算法应用于样片表面BRDF数学模型的参数反演中,获取样片的BRDF模型参数。实验数据曲线表明,通过遗传算法参数反演所获得的拟合曲线与实验数据吻合得很好,结果表明,利用遗传算法所得到的结果具有较好的一致性。
The method that the parameter of the BRDF model of the object sample obtained by using the genetic algorithm was introduced. The parameter of BRDF model was obtained when the genetic algorithm was applicable to the parameter in reverse of the BRDF statistic model of the object surface according to the BRDF experimental data at the laser wavelength (0.86μm). The curve indicated that the experimental data fitted accorded with those optimized well, which showed that the results consistency obtained by genetic algorithm.
