性能试验和数值模拟计算都表明,三分周向重叠螺旋折流板换热器是一种适合正三角形布管的自然分隔、可抑制逆向泄漏、零件较少、且其壳侧换热系数和单位压降的壳侧换热系数指标较高的结构型式.不仅可应用于发电厂的油冷却器、闭式冷却器等单相流体传热场合,而且可利用倾斜折流板的疏液和螺旋通道中离心力分离汽液作用来强化立式给水加热器的壳侧传热,为推广应用可以节省占地面积且维修方便的立式给水加热器开拓了新思路.
It is showed with performance tests and numerical simulations that the trisection circumferential overlap helical baffle heat exchangers are optimum type ones among variety helix heat exchangers with versatile comprehensive properties, including suitable to the na- ture intervals of equilateral triangle layout of tubes, inhibiting reverse leakage at triangle zones between adjacent baffles, less baffle parts, and ultimately higher heat transfer coeffi- cient and comprehensive index of heat transfer coefficient per unit pressure drop at shell side. Therefore, they can be applied not only on the heat exchangers of power plants for single phase fluids such as oil coolers and closed water coolers, but also for condensation cases such as vertical feed water heaters, with features of enhance heat transfer by effectively draining the condensate with inclined baffles and separating water droplets from vapor with centrifugal force in helix channels. It provides a novel thought for promoting application of the vertical feed water heaters in power plants which have promising features of saving occupation area and more convenient in maintenance.
