介绍了新搭建的热交换器传热性能试验系统的硬件、软件以及参数测量。系统由导热油、压缩空气、乙二醇溶液和水4种热流体与冷风和冷却水2种冷流体为循环工质的子系统构成,不仅能进行热流体对冷风或冷却水的一对一试验,还可以进行2种或3种热流体对冷风的复合型热交换器的传热性能测试。控制和测量系统以Lab VIEW软件为平台,使系统具有测量精度高、自动化程度高、测试范围广等特点,为新型热交换器的设计和开发提供了可靠的测试手段。
The composite, control and measurement hardware and software of a recently built heat transfer performance test installation for heat exchangers are introduced. The test system is consisted of subsystems for circulation of four thermal fluids of thermal conducting oil, com pressed air, ethylene glycol water solution and water, and two cooling fluids of wind air and wa ter. This testing system can not only conduct heat transfer experiment between a couple of fluids from thermal and cold fluids, but also conduct the test with composite heat exchangers between two or three thermal fluids and cold wind. Based on LabVIEW software platform, the measuring and controlling system is of high precision, high degree of automation and wide testing range. This installation provides reliable testing approaches for design and development of new heat ex changers.
