肝癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率和死亡率高居不下。肝癌的侵袭和转移是影响肝癌患者治疗效果的重要因素,也是评估患者预后和生存期的有效指标之一。因此,抑制肝癌细胞侵袭和转移已成为肝癌治疗的研究热点。本文从肝癌侵袭转移的中医药理论研究、实验研究及临床研究三个方面进行总结,对肝癌侵袭转移的中医药研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要：
Hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） is a common cancer worldwide. Its morbidity and mor- tality remain significantly high. HCC invasion and metastasis are key factors affecting the efficacy of therapy to patients; they also are the indicators to e- valuate the prognosis and survival of patients. There- fore, finding ways to repress HCC invasion and me- tastasis is a popular area of research. In this article, we introduce how traditional Chinese medicine com- prehends the progress of HCC invasion/ metastasis in the aspects of： theory investigation, experimental study, and clinical study, and provide the summary of research progress of traditional Chinese medicine for the invasion and metastasis of hepatocellular car- cinoma.
