鼻病毒属小核糖核酸病毒，不仅能引起普通感冒，还能导致急、慢性支气管炎等其他呼吸系统感染性疾病，探讨鼻病毒的作用机制，研制靶点明确、高效的抗鼻病毒药物始终是本领域的研究重点。随着技术的发展，近年来对鼻病毒的研究日益深入，尤其聚合酶链式反应方法的应用使得鼻病毒家族更趋丰富。本文分别对其病原学、检测方法及其可能的作用机制等做一综述。
英文摘要：
Rhinovirus picornavirus, can not only cause the common cold, but also can cause disease of respiratory system, other acute and chronic bronchitis infection, and explore mechanisms of rbinovirus, the development of anti-rhinovirus drugs is always the research focus in the field. With the development of detecting technology in recent years, especially the application of the PCR method ,much more further study of rhinovirus was done. This paper respectively on the pathology, detection methods and its possible mechanism were summarized.
