介绍了细菌胞外聚合物(EPS)的组成结构、影响胞外聚合物产生和组成成分变化的因素、提取研究方法,重点阐述了细菌在硫化矿生物浸矿过程中的主要生物作用、胞外聚合物在矿物—细菌—溶液三相界面的介导作用,最后对今后的研究发展方向进行了展望。
Structure of extracellular polymer substances(EPS), factors affecting generation and component of EPS, and methods to extract EPS were introduced. Biological function of bacterium on bioleaching of sulfide ore, and mediation of EPS between three-phase interfaces of minerals-bacteria-solution were elaborated. The development direction in future was prospected.
