在前期试验基础上,进行高氟铀矿石微生物堆浸工业试验。上堆矿石4 315 t,矿石粒径-6 mm,品位0.186%,渣计浸出率92.63%,酸耗3.14%。所用的05B菌群在氟含量2~3.98 g/L的尾液中生长良好,浸出周期112 d。与常规酸法堆浸相比,浸出率提高约3个百分点,酸耗降低1.8个百分点,浸出周期缩短1个多月。
The industrial process of bio-heap leaching for the uranium ores with high fluorite content is conducted based on the earlier researches.The heap with 4 315 t uranium ore is set up and the average uranium grade of the ore is 0.186% and the particle size is-6mm.The 05B flora grows well in raffinate with the concentration of fluorine 2~3.98 g/L.After 112 d leaching,92.63% of the uranium in the ore is solved with 3.14% of acid consumption.Compared to the conventional heap leaching process,the leaching rate is increased by about 3 percentages,the leaching period is shortened by more than one month and the acid consumption is reduced by about 1.8 percentages.
