为了研究矿井中活塞风的效应,采用标准k-ε湍流模型对矿井巷道内风流流动进行了数值模拟,运用计算流体力学软件并结合工程实际模拟给予不同风速时巷道内风流速度和压力的分布及变化规律。模拟结果表明:随巷道风速和矿车车速的不断增大,巷道内压差变大,产生活塞风风速也随之增大,活塞风效应越来越显著。
In order to study effect of piston wind in coal mines, normative k-ε turbulence model was conducted to numerically simulate the airflow in mine tunnels and fluid mechanics calculating software was employed to simulate distribution and changing laws of airflow velocity and pressure given various airflow velocities. The simulation results showed that the velocity increasing of tunnel airflow and mine cars triggered the increasing and intensity of pressure differences in mine tunnels, piston wind velocity and the following piston wind effect.
