角结膜干燥症，又称干眼症，是眼科常见病。患者常有眼部干燥、异物感、畏光、视力下降等症状，进一步发展可致角膜表面磨损、角膜溃疡、浑浊以至视力丧失。传统的治疗方法以保守治疗为主，包括人工泪液、泪点封闭及睑粘连等减少泪液挥发的措施，对于轻症者有一定疗效，但对重症者基本无效。1986年，
