金川镍矿二矿区1^#矿体由于在垂直方向上两个中段同时回采,故在这两个中段之间形成一个水平矿层。随着水平矿层被回采得越来越薄,其稳定性问题越来越受到重视。作为稳定性分析的一个方面,采用FLAC^3D软件对金川二矿区开采过程进行了仿真数值模拟,结果表明,水平矿层在采至32m时可能发生了整体破坏,且矿层内部剪应力增大,对矿层的稳定性不利。
In Jinchuan No. 2 mine area, the mining is carried through in two levels simultaneously at present, so a horizontal ore layer is forming between the two levels. With proceeding of mining, the horizontal ore layer has become increasingly thin, its stability is attracting more and more attention. The mining process in the No. 2 mine area was simulated with FLAC^3D. The results of analysis indicate that the general failure of the horizontal ore layer possibly occur when it is cut into approximately 32 meters, and shear stress of the horizontal ore layer increases, it is unfavorable to the stability of the horizontal ore layer.
