英文摘要：

Aiming at achieving the training objectives of the competence of instructional application of ICT in Vocational Education among Pre-serviee teachers, the paper expounds the relationship among the training objectives, modules of training courses, and instructional platform for practice. Then, it constructs Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge based teaching design, practice and evaluation strategies for cultivating pre-service teachers＇ competence of ICT application in vocational education, and verifies the effect of these strategies in achieving this purpose.
