基于注浆成型技术采用两次烧结法(预烧结-加工-最终烧结)制备3Y—TZP(39/6(摩尔分数)Y2O3稳定ZrO2)齿科陶瓷材料,研究了预烧结温度对其收缩率、维氏硬度、断裂韧性和磨损量的影响,结合脆性指数和磨损量对其可加工性进行评价,并表征了最终烧结后3Y—TZP微观形貌和力学性能。结果表明,随着预烧结温度的提高,3Y—TZP的收缩率、维氏硬度和断裂韧性均增加,而单位面积磨损量下降;1250℃预烧结的3Y—TZP脆性指数为244.6,高速涡轮牙钻钻孔后边缘清晰、无崩裂现象;1500℃完全烧结后晶粒尺寸增大,维氏硬度为(9339.4±823.2)MPa,断裂韧性为(3.66±0.41)MPa·m^1/2,可以满足齿科材料对力学性能的要求。
3Y-TZP (ZrO2 doped with 3 mol%Y2O3) dental ceramic was fabricated by slip casting and two step sintering method (pre-sintering- processing-final sintering). Effects of pre-sintering temperature on its sintering shrinkage, Vickers hardness, fracture toughness and wear loss were investigated. The machinability was evaluated by combination of the brittleness index and the wear loss. Also, the micro-morphology and the mechanical properties of 3Y-TZP were characterized after final sintering. Results showed that the shrinkage, Vickers hardness and fracture toughness of 3Y-TZP samples were enhanced and the unit area wear loss decreased when the pre-sintering temperature increased. The brittleness index of 3Y-TZP was 244.6 when it was pre-sintered at 1 250 ℃. The pore drilled by high speed turbine dental drill had sharp edge and no cracks. The gain size of 3Y- TZP increased after final sintering at 1 500℃ and the Vickers hardness and the fracture toughness were (9 339.4±823.2) MPa and (3.66!0.41) MPa . m1/2 respectively. It could meet the requirements of dental materials on the mechanical properties.
