在温室条件下,通过盆栽试验对裸燕麦进行水分胁迫处理,试验采用五因素二次回归旋转正交组合设计,研究了不同水分处理下燕麦全生育期根系形态指标的综合效应。结果表明:不同水分胁迫下根长随生育时期的推进,均为先升后降的变化趋势,在开花期达到最大值。其中,轻度胁迫条件下燕麦根长伸长最长。根鲜、干重和根体积随生育时期的推进,也为先升后降的变化趋势,开花期达到最大值。三者在孕穗期和开花期受水分胁迫的影响达到极显著水平;全生育期不同处理根冠比均随生育期的推进而呈下降趋势,且随着水分胁迫的加剧均增大,水分胁迫对燕麦根冠比的影响程度在拔节期最大。
A pot experiment in greenhouse was carried out to investigate effects of different water treatments during the whole growth period on root growth of naked oat. The results showed that root length, root fresh weight, root dry weight and root size appeared the curve of "first increase and then decrease" and reached the maximum at flowering stage. Slight water stress affected root growth the least. Root growth was influenced most at the booting stage and flowering stage. Ratio of root to above-ground biomass decreased with the advance of the growth period and the extent of water stress. The later had the greatest influence on root growth at the jointing stage.
