论述了棒板型弯纵压电片极化及粘贴方式和振子端部触头形成椭圆运动的原理,对纵弯振子进行结构设计并利用有限元软件Ansys仿真计算了振子各弯纵模态共振频率。通过振动原理,对弯纵振频率进行了简并计算,并采用小轴承法对振子进行纵、弯频率简并调试。得出此振子的弯纵谐振频率为16.3kHz。
In the paper, the principles of ellipse track for the tip of longitudinal and flexural vibrator were demonstrated, The structure of the vibrator was designed and resonance frequents of lots of longitudinal and flexural models of the vibrator were simulated. Calculated the matching resonance frequencies for longitudinal and flexural vibration base on vibration theory, the vibrator was measured and test by small bearing measuring means which was innovative technique. As a result, the matching resonance frequent for longitudinal and flexural vibration of the vibrator was 16.3 kHz.
