ZHANG Xiaoning, received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in communication and information engi- neering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2002, 2005, and 2007, respectively. He is now an associate professor at the Key Lab of Broadband Optical Fiber Transmission and Communication Networks, School of Communication and Information Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. His research interests include network design, optical and broadband networks. Email: xnzhang@ uestc.edu.cn XU Lingfei, received the B.S. in communication and information engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Cheng- du, China, in 2010. He is now pursuing the master degree at the Key Lab of Broadband Optical Fiber Transmission and Communication Networks, School of Communication and Information Engineering, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
