依据燃气轮机的浮环轴承内、外层油膜,建立了圆柱坐标系的静态Reynolds方程;并在此基础上引入了物理模型,进一步推导出计算动特性的动态Reynolds方程;无量纲化后,利用八节点等参元有限元法求解出了该种轴承内、外层油膜的压力,并计算了该轴承的静、动态特性,最后,根据稳定性判据对这种新型轴承稳定性进行判别。
A ccording to the inner and outerfilm of the floating-ring bearing in the gas turbine (燃气轮机) ,the author makes a theoretical study of the static and dynamic performance of externally pressurized multi-processing hydrostati/hybrid journal floating-ring bearing and has established Static Reynolds Equation with cylindrical coordinates. Based on the above study,the author further introduces the physical model,which infers the calculation of the dynamic characteristics of Reynolds equation,then the pressures of this kind of inner and outer film is got by using the Finite Element Method and the static and dynamic characteristics coefficients of this bearing can be calculated. Finally,the working characteristic is discussed by studying the stability;lastly some useful implications could be obtained from it.
