分别以丙烯酸(AA)和甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为乙烯基单体,用氧等离子体活化低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)膜,采用气相接枝的方法对膜进行了表面改性,并通过静态水接触角、黏结性测试、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)对改性前后膜的表面性能进行表征和分析.实验结果表明,接枝AA和MAA后,水接触角均随着接枝时间的增加逐渐减小,剥离强度随着接枝时间的增加呈现逐渐增大的趋势.膜表面引入C—O、C=O/O—C—O和O=C—O等含氧极性官能团,出现大小不同的颗粒状突起物.
The low density polyethylene(LDPE)film surface was activated with oxygen plasma and induced vapor-phase grafting vinyl monomers,acrylic acid(AA)and methacrylic acid(MAA).The film surface properties of before and after modification were characterized by static water contact angle,bonding performance,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the water contact angle decreased and the peel strength increased with the increase of the time for vapor-phase grafting AA or MAA onto the LDPE film surface.The film surface formed some oxygen containing functional groups,such as C—O,C=O/O—C—O and O=C—O.Furthermore,some granular substance in variety of size appeared on the modified LDPE film surface.
