目的研究复方木尼孜其颗粒对变应性接触性皮炎（ACD）小鼠模型的影响。方法建立小鼠变应性接触性皮炎反应模型,观察使用不同浓度复方木尼孜其颗粒后的效果。结果复方木尼孜其颗粒高剂量组能明显抑制ACD小鼠的耳厚度、耳肿胀度,真皮中多形核细胞及单一核细胞数,以及ACD小鼠外周血γ干扰素（IFN）含量。结论复方木尼孜其颗粒能明显抑制二硝基氟苯（DNFB）诱导的变应性接触性皮炎。

英文摘要：

Objective To study the effect of Fufang Muni Ziqi Keli on allergic contact dermatitis（ACD）that induced by dinitrofluorobenzene（DNFB）in mice models.Methods To establish the models of allergic contact dermatitis in mice,and to observe the different effect that induced by different dosage of Fufang Muni Ziqi Keli.Results Group of high dosage of Fufang Muni Ziqi Keli showed inhibit effect on ear swelling,number of monoclear and polymorphonuclear cells and the lever of IFN-γ in serum.Conclusion Fufang Muni Ziqi Keli can obviously inhibit DNFB-induced allergic contact dermatitis.
