The post-disaster rebuilding design for Wenchuan Yingxiu Yuzixi village shows us the green security idea with the principle of reducing and preventing disaster under a complicated geological condition. This paper introduces some contents related to settlements＇ structure, function distribution, organization of building group, ecoscape design and spatial layout for preventing disaster, etc. Furthermore, it explores the idea about sustainable development of settlement＇s construction by analysis of individual design and details treatment. It also explicates the design method for rebuilding spiritual home with sense of cultural identify.
