借助荷正电AEM修饰的P(AM-MAA-VP)微球与荷负电SiO2胶体粒子相互作用,制得具有核壳结构的聚(丙烯酰胺-甲基丙烯酸-乙烯基吡咯烷酮)/SiO2(P(AM-MAA-VP)/SiO2)复合微球材料.结果表明,AEM用量、SiO2胶体溶液的用量、SiO2负载量及后处理方法均会对核壳型复合微球形貌产生一定影响.基于所得到研究结果,可通过改变模板微球及沉积反应前驱体组成,获得具有不同组成的核壳型复合微球材料.
The poly(acrylamide-methacrylic acid-N-vinylpyrrolidinone)/silica(P(AM-MAA-VP)/SiO2) composite microspheres with core-shell structure were prepared via electrostatic interaction between negatively charged SiO2 nanoparticles and the positively charged microgels modified by 3-(trimethoxysilyl)-propyldimethyl octadecylammonium chloride(AEM).The results indicated that the surface morphology of composite microspheres with core/shell structure can be affected by the dosage of AEM,the dosage of SiO2 colloid,loading manner and solvent constitute.Based on the results obtained,the method can be used to prepare various composite microspheres with core/shell structure by changing the organic template and inorganic precursor.
