分别以氧化石墨烯(GO)和改性氧化石墨烯(iGO)为添加物,通过溶液混合的方法制备了氧化石墨烯/聚酰亚胺(GO/PI)和改性氧化石墨烯/聚酰亚胺(iGO/PI)复合膜,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、电子万能试验机、热机械分析仪对复合膜的结构与性能进行分析.结果表明:iGO/PI复合膜的相容性及拉伸力学性能均高于GO/PI复合膜;GO的加入使GO/PI复合膜的玻璃化温度较纯PI膜升高,而iGO使iGO/PI复合膜的玻璃化温度较纯PI膜降低.
Graphene oxides/polyimide(GO/PI)composite films and modified graphene oxides/polyimide(iGO/PI)composite films were successfully prepared by the solution blending method.The structures and properties of GO/PI and iGO/PI composite films were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope,micro-controlled electronic universal tensile testing machine and dynamic mechanical analysis.The results show that the compatibility and tensile mechanical properties of iGO/PI composite films are much higher than those of GO/PI composite films.The glass transition temperature(Tg)of GO/PI composite films is slightly higher than that of the PI,while iGO/PI composite films show a decreased Tg.
