用行为学的方法测量了鲤Cyprinus carpio在直流电场中的电刺激阈值,并分析了电刺激阈值与体长的关系。结果表明,鲤的感电能力与鱼体所处的位置相关,即感电反应中鲤有游向阴极的现象,头部朝向阳极是鲤趋电反应的主要特征。鲤在各反应阶段的电场强度阈值和电流密度阈值与体长相关,鱼体的状态电压与体长无关。
The behavioral science methods was used to measure the threshold value of electric stimulus and body length of Cyprinus carpio in electric field of direct current, and the relationship between the threshold value and body length of Cyprinus carpio analyzed. The result indicated that the electrosensory ability of Cyprinus carpio was related to the position where the fish located. There was a phenomenon that Cyprinus carpio swam to the cathode in experiment of electrosensory feedback, while the main galvanotactic feedback characteristic of Cyprinus carpio in experiment was that its head was toward the anode. In each feedback phases of the experiment, the threshold value of electric intensity and current density were related to body length, but the offstate voltage of the fish was not related to it.
