采用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)作为支撑材料,石蜡为相变材料,通过溶液共混法制备了一种弹性定形相变材料(ESSPCMs)。采用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪及电子万能试验机研究了EPDM/石蜡不同配比对弹性定形相变材料的断面微观形貌、热学性能和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,在ESSPCMs中,EPDM和石蜡相容性良好,随着石蜡含量的增加,其相变焓值增大,力学性能提升,渗漏率下降。当石蜡的质量分数为60%时,ESSPCMs的热学和力学性能最优,相变焓值达到148.52J/g,断裂伸长率达到2300%,且经48h冷热循环后渗漏率仅为0.35%。
An elastic shape-stabilized phase change materials(ESSPCMs)were prepared by solution blending method using EPDM as support material and paraffin wax as phase change material.The effects of different ratios of EPDM/paraffin on the microstructure,thermal properties and mechanical properties of the elastomeric shape-stabilized phase change materials were investigated by scanning electron microscope,differential scanning calorimetry and electronic universal testing machine.The material was also subjected to cyclic stability test.The experimental results show that the compatibility of EPDM and paraffin is very good.With increase of the paraffin content,the mechanical properties are improved and the leakage rate decreases.When the mass fraction of paraffin is 60%,the performance is the best and the enthalpy of transformation is 148.52 J/g,the elongation at break reaches 2300%,and the leakage rate is only 0.35% after 48 hhot and cold cycles.
