采用原位自组装法,通过控制不同反应温度制备不同形貌的石墨烯气凝胶(GA);采用真空浸渍法制备具有较高导热、储能能力及较低渗漏率的石蜡/GA定形相变材料。对其进行扫描电镜、差示扫描量热、热导率、渗漏率表征和性能测试,并探讨GA的载入以及GA的形貌对定形相变材料性能的影响。结果表明,定形相变材料中GA不仅能够大大提高石蜡/GA定形相变材料的热导率,而且还能降低其渗漏率,而且随着GA形貌越规整,其渗漏率越低。GA的存在,在一定程度上使得定形相变材料拥有较高相变焓值。
Different morphologies of graphene aerogel (GA) were prepared by controlling different reaction temperature via in situ self-assembly method. Paraffin/GA shape-stable phase change materials (SSPCMs) with higher thermal conductivity, higher energy storage capacity and lower leakage rate were prepared by the vacuum impregnation method. Microstructure, thermal property and leakage rate of SSPCMs were studied by SEM, DSC, thermal conductivity analyzer and leakage rate testing. And the addition of GA and the morphology of GA affecting the properties of SSPCMs were explored. The results show that GA in the SSPCMs not only can greatly improve the thermal conductivity of SSPCMs, but also can reduce its the leakage rate. And as the structure of GA is more regular, its leakage rate is lower. The existence of GA, to some extent, makes SSPCMs have higher enthalpy
