针对传统的荷电状态(SOC)估算方法估算动力电池荷电状态精度不高,对混合动力系统中动力控制器的正常运作有很大影响,使得节能效果大大降低,从四线法和能量守恒定律对电池内阻测量出发,提出了一种改进的电池SOC估算方法,该估算方法不但能够估算电池恒定大电流和小电流放电,同时也非常适合变电流放电工况,在变电流放电工况下,新的电池SOC估算方法的估计值误差明显小于5%,因此具有较高的估计值精度。
Aiming at the not high power battery charged state estimation accuracy by traditional SOC estimation method, having serious influence on the normal operation of power control in the hybrid system, making energy saving effect decrease, based on the battery internal resistance measurement by four line method and the law of energy conservation, an improved SOC estimation method was proposed. The estimation method can not only adapt to the constant low current and high current discharge batteries, but also for working condition of various current. Under the working condition, the estimation error of the new method for estimating SOC can be controlled within 5%, and the estimation precision is high.
