复杂产品系统动态能力组成及其变化规律一直是项目管理领域探讨的热点问题,但已有研究忽略了其随时间变化的动态特征。文章基于综合评价理论,建立复杂产品系统项目组织动态能力演化的系统动力学模型,揭示了关键管理要素影响动态能力发展的过程。本文的研究表明:通过技术控制力、组织控制力和客户感知力进行系统建模是对动态能力进行研究的可行方式;缩短项目团队的震荡阶段能够保证动态能力的平稳发展;在模块开发阶段控制投机行为对提高项目动态能力最有效。
The dynamic capability of project organization in Complex product and system( CoPS) has always been a hot topic in the field of project management. However,the studies have ignored the dynamic characteristics change with time. Based on Comprehensive Evaluation Theory,the paper established a system dynamic model for Co PS organization dynamic capabilities,and revealed the influence process from management factors to dynamic capabilities. The results shown that: system modeling by technical control,organization control and customer perception is a viable approach for dynamic capabilities research. To have balance dynamic capabilities,the shock stage of the team should be shortening. And controlling speculative behavior at the module development stage is the most effective to improve dynamic capabilities.
