随着分布式电源的大力发展,其对原有系统产生很大影响。分析了有载调压变压器分接头发生调节振荡的条件。讨论了分散电源的接入对变压器分接头对母线电压灵敏度avt这一重要参数的影响,指出了分散电源的接入有可能使变压器分接头发生调节振荡,进而得出了考虑振荡约束的准入功率极限模型。最后运用112节点系统的算例证明了模型的有效性。
With the rapid development of distributed generators, the impact on power systems is not to be overlooked. The oscillation conditions of on-load tap changers (OLTC) are analyzed. The impact of distributed generators on art, an important parameter defined as the sensitivity of bus voltage with respect to tap changer, is discussed. The result shows that the access of the distributed generators may have an effect on tap changer oscillation. As a result, a model of penetration level calculation considering tap changer oscillations is proposed. Finally, the 112-bus IEEE RTS is used to testify the effectiveness of the model proposed.
