通过对汾西双柳矿入浮煤泥性质的分析可知,该煤样存在一定的泥化现象。分别使用煤油、柴油和NEK型这3种捕收剂,GF油、仲辛醇和杂醇这3种起泡剂以及十二烷基苯磺酸钠和木质素磺酸钠这2种表面活性剂对药剂的种类与用量进行药剂优化试验。试验结果表明,当煤油用量为850g/t、GF油用量为100g/t时,可以达到较好浮选效果,此时的浮选完善指标为50.43%,精煤产率达到79.32%,同比现场生产指标76.27%提高了4%;当NEK型捕收剂用量为1100g/t、仲辛醇用量为70g/t、木质素磺酸钠为75g/t的情况下可以得到最佳浮选效果,此时的精煤产率为87.02%,精煤灰分为10.46%,浮选完善指标为49.86%。经初步经济核算表明,在不改造或增加浮选设备的条件下,采用NEK型捕收剂和仲辛醇浮选药剂制度后每年可新增收益为2181.75万元。
The current authors analyzed nature of preparation slime coal of Shuangliu Coal Mine in Fenxi,and the coal sample may have sliming phenomenon.The author made an aptimization experiment on the medicine and species,such as kerosene,diesel oil and NEK three kinds of collectors,GF oil,secondary octanol and fusel three kinds of foaming agent,and twelve sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium lignosulfonate two kinds of surface active agent.The test results showed that when the dosage of kerosene and GF oil was 850g/t and 100g/t,the flotation effect was preferably,the flotation perfect index was 50.43%,the clean coal productivity was 79.32%and the production index increased 4% basing76.27%;when the dosage of NEK,secondary octanol and sodium lignosulfonate was 1100g/t,70g/t and 75g/t,the clean coal productivitywas 87.02%,the ash of clean coal was 10.46%,and the flotation effect was the best.According to initial economic calculation,without changing and adding the condition of flotation equipment,after using rules of NEK collector and secondary octanol of flotation reagents,revenue increases 21.8175 million yuan each year.
