活性炭干法脱硫工艺具有脱硫过程耗水量小、无二次污染、脱硫后烟气温度高、硫便于回收等优点,目前已得到广泛的应用。文章初步探讨了煤质活性炭烟气脱硫中烟气流量、温度及水分对于活性炭脱硫性能的影响。实验结果表明:①烟气流量小,活性炭脱硫性能好,活性炭脱硫效果随烟气流量的增大而变差;②温度在40~120℃之间,活性炭脱硫效果随温度的升高而先增大后减小;③在有水分存在的情况下,活性炭含有的水分越多,则脱硫效果越好。
The activated carbon dry desulfurization technique could have low water consumption during the desulfurization process, no secondary pollution, high flue gas temperature after the desu]furization, easy sulfur recovery and other advantages and is widely applied. The paper preliminary discussed the flue gas flow, temperature and moisture in the flue gas desulfufization with the coal base activated carbon affected to the activated carbon desulfurization performances. The experiment results showed that (1)the flue gas flow was low, the activated carbon desulfurization performances were good and the activated carbon desu]furization effect would be poor with the flue gas flow increased; (2)when the temperature was ranging from 40 - 120℃ , the activated carbon desulfurization effect would be firstly increased and then decreased with the temperature increased; (3)under the moisture existed, the more moisture the activated carbon have and the better the desulfurization effect would be.
