针对永磁直线同步电机伺服系统存在非线性、强耦合、参数时变等特点,提出了一种新型的模糊预测函数控制方法。它将预测函数控制和具有参数自调整的模糊控制进行综合来共同控制直线同步电机伺服系统,并且根据控制系统的速度偏差和偏差变化率,利用放大倍数对模糊控制器的参数进行在线修改。仿真结果表明,采用该控制方法设计的控制器满足系统对快速性和稳态精度的要求,系统具有较强的鲁棒性和抗干扰性,能够实现复杂系统的有效控制。
A new fuzzy predictive functional control method is proposed to improve the performance of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor servo system,which is usually characterized by nonlinearity,strong coupling and time-varying parameters.The concept of this method is to combine a predictive functional controller with a fuzzy controller to control linear synchronous motor servo system.As the parameters of a fuzzy controller are self-adjusting,they can be modified online by the magnification factor based on the system’s speed error and the change rate of the speed error.The simulation results show that the controller based on the proposed method can improve the rapid response and steady-state accuracy of the system.As this controller shows strong robustness and against external disturbances,it can be used to effectively control the complex systems.
