The network range of entrepreneur provides access to resources, but access to resources depends on the network＇s relationship quality. From the perspective of social capital, this article studies the impacts of network range on the phased performance of entrepreneurial opportunity exploitation and entrepreneurial growth, and finds the impacts of network resource diversity and relationship quality act on entrepreneurial action. The results suggest that： Entrepreneurs of new ventures with high performance have larger network range, the impacts of network range on venture performance also depend on trust, interaction between network range and effective trust is more conducive to promoting the development of entrepreneurial opportunity exploitation while interaction between net- work range and cognitive trust is more conducive to the promotion of entrepreneurial growth. This article reveals that network resource to play an important role not only depends on the diversity of network, depends more on the quality of the network.
