针对连续可变配气相位器(continuously variable cam phaser,CVCP)响应速度的测试,研究了三位四通比例电磁阀阀杆位移和进气侧与排气侧CVCP响应关系,包括CVCP内部的叶片位置、提前腔和滞后腔腔内油压等,讨论了极限相位间响应速度测试方法和调节中间相位的PID控制方法,开发了控制检测装置的电子控制器。试验结果表明,CVCP检测装置能够准确方便地获得相位器的响应特性,电子控制器能够根据测试项目和传感器信息自动完成对比例电磁阀阀杆的控制。
In order to detect respond characteristics of continuously variable cam phaser(CVCP) the response relationship among valve stem displacement of the proportional solenoid valve and vane both in intake and exhaust CVCP, oil pressure in the advance and retard oil chamber and rotor in CVCP was investigated. The testing method to detect response characteristic between the maximal phase and minimal phase as well as PID control strategy to regulate CVCP were discussed, respective- ly. According to the analysis an electronic controller was developed. The testing results indicate that the detecting equipment provides accurate and convenient response characteristics. Simultaneously, the electronic controller can control automatically the valve stem of the proportional solenoid valve ac- cording to the testing item and sensor information.
