DVB-RCS is an satellite interactive communication system having dissymmetrical transmission velocity between home site and terminals. The forward interaction path adopts DVB broadcast channel and the return interaction path uses MF-TDMA channel. In this article, the communication organization about forward interaction link and return interaction link are researched, and deeply discusses the scheme about incepting the NCC signaling and the logon course of the terminals is deeply discussed.
