提出使用膜聚焦浓缩方法并建立电驱动高倍率、连续、无损伤装置.分别以溴酚蓝、荧光素钠溶液为浓缩对象进行测试.该实验装置达近2个数量级浓缩效果,并可根据需要放大,成为有规模产量的生产设备,也可微型化,成为结构简单小巧、可以装配到电泳、色谱、质谱或光谱等分离分析仪器的零部件,或集成在芯片上,成为芯片实验室的预浓缩元件.
We presented a membrane focusing concentration method and fabricatedan electro-driving high efficiency, continuous, no-damage focusing electrophoresis concentration device. In the concentration experiments of bromophenol blue and Na-fluorescein, the concentrated efficiencyof the device reached two orders of magnitude. This device can be magnified to industrial equipment with large output. It also can be miniaturized to small and simple attachment for separated and analytical instrument such as electrophoresis, chromatogram, mass spectrum and optical spectrum. When integrated into chips, it would be a pre-concentrated unit of the lab-on-chip.
