In this paper, a class of fuzzy BAM neural networks with time-varying delays are investigated. By using topological degree theory and differential inequality, we obtain some sufficient conditions for the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of equilibrium point for a class of fuzzy BAM neural networks with time-varying delays. Moreover, we also present an illustrative example to show the effectiveness of obtained results.
