The dynamics is studied for generalized Cohen - Grossberg neural networks with distributed delays. By means of the nonlinear measure approach and constructing a Lyapunov function, a sufficient condition is obtained for the existence anduniqueness of an equilibrium point of this equations, which of the equilibrium point is global exponential stability. This condition is independent of the delays. Finally, an illustrative examples is given to show the effectiveness of the presented criteria.
