By using a simple case,the author proposed that there exist research gap in technology management domain about technology span.By a detail comparison between technology gap,technology leapfrogging,technology span,the author propose a construct and measurement for technology span.At last,through a simple case,we show the process in obtain corresponding index,and propose some research topics related to this topic.
