基于ANSYS Workbench的Exploration模块,在已知转子外径、工作气隙和工作电流的情况下,为最大限度提高磁轴承的承载力,利用多目标遗传算法对磁轴承的结构参数进行了优化设计。优化后的仿真结果表明,磁轴承承载力相比优化前有较大提升。
Based on Exploration module oi AIN- SYS Workbench, the optimization design of the magnetic bearing structure parameters is completed to improve the bearing capacity of magnetic bearing to the hilt using multi objective genetic algorithm under the circumstance of certain rotor outer- di ameter, working air gap and working current of the magnetic bearing are given. The optimized simula tion results show that the bearing capacity has great ascension compared with before.
