Shuongshuong Hon, received the B.Eng. degree in communication engineering and the M.Eng. degree in communication and information systems from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2006 and 2009, respectively. She received the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, AB, Canada, in 2013. Currently, she is an assistant professor with the State Key Laboratory of Management and Control for Complex Systems, In- stitute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Science. Her research interests include wireless communication and intelligent networks, signal detection, cooperative communications, and performance analysis of communication systems. Xiang Cheng, received his Ph.D. degree from Heriot-Watt University and the University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom, in 2009, where he received the Postgraduate Research Thesis Prize. He is currently an associate professor at Peking University. His general research interests are in areas of channel modeling and communications. He was the recipient of the IEEE Asia Pacific (AP) Outstanding Young Researcher Award in 2015, and Best Paper Awards at IEEE ICC'16, ITSC'14, ICCC'13, and IEEE ITST ' 12. He has served as Symposium Leading-Chair, Co-Chair, and a member of the Technical Program Committee for several international conferences. He is now an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems. She is currently a Professor at the Colorado State University, Fort Collins, CO, USA.
