为探讨茯苓[Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf]皮中总三萜的超声波辅助提取工艺,考察了液固比、超声波功率、提取时间、提取温度和茯苓皮干粉粒度对茯苓皮总三萜提取率的影响,并对部分工艺参数采用正交试验设计进行优化。结果表明,以50%乙醇为提取溶剂、超声波功率500 W、液固比15∶1(V/m,mL∶g)、干粉粒度0.150 mm、提取温度50℃、提取时间20 min为最优提取参数组合,验证试验的提取率为2.6%,正交试验的优化结果可信。
To investigate and optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology of total triterpenoids from Poria cocos(Schw.) Wolf peel, the effects of extraction solution to material ratio, ultrasonic power, extraction time and temperature,particle diameter of material on the extraction yield of total triterpenoids were investigated; and some extraction parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results indicated that the optimized extraction parameters were, extraction solution, alchohol solution with volume fraction of 50%, ultrasonic power, 500 W; solution to material ratio, 15∶1(V / m,mL∶g);particle diameter, 0.150 mm; extraction temperature, 50 ℃ and extraction time, 20 min. The extraction yield of total triterpenoids under the optimal parameters was 2.6%, indicating that the optimized conditions were reasonable and reliable.
