本文基于组织学习视角探讨组织双元性的培育机制以及双元性对企业绩效的影响。综合运用统计分析法和案例研究法,发现,组织学习促进双元性培育;双元性提高企业绩效;双元性在组织学习和企业绩效之间发挥部分中介作用。本研究揭示了区别于Gibson和Birkinshaw(2004)所述的另一类情境型双元,明晰了组织学习对双元性培育的作用机制,并丰富了反映双元性和组织绩效关系的经验证据。
Fromthe theoretical perspective of organizational learning, this paper explores the cultivating mechanism and the effect of organizational ambidexterity on firm performance. Based on statistical analyses and case studies, this paper arrives at the following conclusions. Firstly, organizational learning promotes organizational ambidexterity. Secondly, organizational ambidexterity improves firm performance. Last but not theleast, organizational ambidextefity plays a partially mediating role between organizational learning and firm performance. Taken together, this research reveals another kind of contextual ambidexterity which is different from Gibson and Birkinshaw' s(2004), clarifies the mechanisms of impact organizational context has on organizational ambidexterity, and enriches the empirical evidence on the relationship between organizational ambidexterity and organizationalperformance.
