基于文献回顾,从关系认同的概念内涵、测量、影响因素和结果等方面进行梳理后发现:关系认同的概念基础为关系身份,其测量方式并不统一;关系认同影响因素的研究集中在组织层面;关系认同结果的研究则侧重于个体层面;提出关系认同的未来研究方向和对其他研究领域的借鉴意义。
Based on existing articles, this paper sums up studies on the concept, measurement, antecedents, and consequences of relational identification. The major findings are : the concept of relational identification is based on relational identity, there is not a widely accepted measurement of relational identification, researches on antecedents of relational identification concentrate on the level of organization, and the consequences of relational identification are mainly reflected on the level of individual. Future research directions of relational identification and the reference significance for other fields are proposed.
