目的：观察中药穴位贴敷加益气脱敏汤治疗肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：将符合条件的60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例，治疗组采用中药穴位贴敷加益气脱敏汤治疗，对照组采用氯雷他定片治疗，共3个疗程。结果：治疗组与对照组总有效率的差异无统计学意义；治疗组与对照组在降低疾病疗效积分方面无显著差异，治疗组在减轻中医症候方面疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：治疗组治疗肺气虚寒型变应性鼻炎有效，其疗效与对照组相当，但在改善肺气虚寒症状方面疗效优于对照组。

英文摘要：

Objective:To observe efficacy of acupoint application plus the Yiqi Tuomin decoction on allergic rhinitis of the Feiqi Xuhan type.Methods:60eligible patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30cases in each group.The treatment group took acupoint application plus the Yiqi Tuomin decoction;and the control group took loratadine tablet,for3courses.Results:There weren't significance differences in the total efficiency and symptom points in two groups.The TCM syndrome points in the treatment group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application plus the Yiqi Tuomin decoction is effective on allergic rhinitis of the Feiqi Xuhan type,which is equivalent to the control group.While improvement of symptoms of Feiqi Xuhan shows a better efficacy.
