为解决产品的可用性问题及量产以后才能进行实体评价的现状,提出了以虚拟现实为技术手段,结合可用性理论,面向迭代过程中的产品进行虚拟评估的解决方法。该方法首先利用Virtools 软件实现产品的动态仿真和控制,建立真实产品的虚拟化;其次针对虚拟环境及传统可用性因素进行分析,确定了虚拟产品的可用性因素集及因素权重,从而构建了一套系统的多维、多层次的虚拟产品可用性评价方法。最后以多士炉进行实例分析,结果表明:经过改进后的产品其可用性质量得到明显提高,起到了提高产品可用性质量的目的,具有现实的指导意义。
Improving the product’s usability becomes a core task for the current design methodology.In this research,based on the design theory of product usability,virtual reality is used to evaluate the designed product at the designing stage and then used to modify the prototype from the user’s feedback.First,by utilizing Virtools building block functions,this method realized virtual simulation and control;and then a multidimensional usability evaluation model is set up based on the extraction of the traditional useful index,analysis of the virtual environment.The model provides a mapping relationship between the user experience of virtual environment and the usability dimension.Finally,the model was tested with an example of designing an electrical stove.The result shows that the new design with the score 69.184 is better than the original one with score 63.202,which verifies the effectiveness of the evaluation’s system.
