Abstract： The relationship between the type （lower type） of entire function represented by Dirichlet series and random Dirichlet series of p-proximate order with their coefficient and index are dis- cussed. The value range of type and lower type of p-proximate are given that α_p≤T≤α_p e~P~Dr_P,β_p≤T≤β_p e~P~Dr_P.
