研究了网上直销渠道和传统实体交易渠道的双渠道回收模式下的多期闭环供应链网络均衡问题,假设制造商/回收中心和零售商均追求利润最大化和风险最小化双重目标,利用变分不等式理论刻画了不同决策者的优化行为,建立了基于再制造的双渠道双目标多期闭环供应链网络均衡模型.结合算例分析了单/双渠道回收模式下闭环供应链网络均衡解的情形,并讨论了旧产品的再制造转化率对均衡解的影响.算例结果表明:采用双渠道方式回收有利于提高制造商和供应链整体的经济效益,在追求风险最小化目标的同时,应在一定范围内适当提高旧产品的再制造转化率,这样才能实现供应链整体及链上各成员追求利润最大化和风险最小化双重目标的共赢.
The multi-period closed-loop supply chain network equilibrium problem channel recycling mode of the online direct selling channel and the traditional entity is studied under the dual trading channel, assuming that the manufacturer / recycling centers and retailers are the pursuit of profit maximization and risk minimization in virtue of variational inequality theory. The optimal behaviors of different decision makers are analyzed, and a multi-period supply chain network equilibrium model is established based on dual-channel and dual-objective remanufacturing. Finally, numerical examples are given to analyze the network equilibrium result of single/dual channel recycling model and to discuss the influence of the conversion rate of the old product on the equilibrium solution. The obtained results show that the recycling way of the dual channel is helpful to improve the economic benefit of manufacturers and the whole supply chain, and to pursue risk minimization at the same time. The conversion rate of the old product should be increased in a certain range, so as to realize a win-win goal that the whole supply chain and chain members can pursue profit maximization and risk minimization.
