Corn is an important source of food and feed stuff. Transgenic technology can effectively modify the character of corn, and improve its resistance and yield, thus the industrialization of transgenic corn has great significance to the development of corn industry in China. This paper reviewed the research progress on breeding and industrialization of transgenic corn, as well as put forward existing problems and development strategies of transgenic corn industrialization, so as to provide a reference for further study in related fields.
