大豆拥有独特的营养成分,加工类食品深受大众所喜爱。转基因大豆与非转基因大豆在营养成分上并无多少差别,一些成分的含量反而会高于非转基因大豆,借助转基因技术,高油酸、高不饱和脂肪酸等更健康、更营养的大豆品种在食品市场中会更显优势。文章利用SWOT方法和博弈理论对转基因大豆在食品中的应用发展问题进行了研讨,为转基因食品在食品市场中的良性发展提供了参考。
Soybeans have unique nutritional components; processing food is deeply loved by the public. There isn't much difference in nutrients of transgenic and non-transgenie soybean, the content of some components is higher than that of non-transgenie soybean, with transgenic technology, more healthy and nutritious soybean varieties with high oleic acid and high unsaturated fatty acid have more advantages in the food market. In this paper, make the research on the application and development of transgenic soybean in food by using SWOT method and game theory, which has provided references for the benign development of transgenic food in the food market.
